Initiate Your Return
Log into your Moen account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unused product in its original Moen packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
